This is a great cowbell, my only complaint is that its a little bit on the high pitched side by its self, in a band context it cuts through great. I play in a metal band and although none of the songs we play really call for/have any cowbell parts I throw them in anyway simply because it sounds awesome and it cuts through everything very well. You may want to pick up another cowbell over to go with this one, I probably will be soon.
