The 9-layer basswood shells of the Sonor Force 1007 Sets are characterized by a full-bodied, balanced sound with lots of power up front. The basswood shells deliver maximum strength, perfect curving, and neutral tuning thanks to tension-free cross-lamination of the individual layers of wood (CLTF Cross Laminated Tension Free Process). The Sonor Force tuning lugs are real eye-catchers with fine-pitch threads equipped with the TuneSafe tuning safeguard feature to prevent tension screws from loosening.

The new Sonor Force 1007 toms with short shells generate a controlled pitch and can be positioned lower and easier-to-reach in a beginner's set. With the tried-and-tested Ball Clamp system with individual tom arms, the tom drums can be positioned wherever the drummer wishes.

A 17-1/2" deep bass drum provides more power and rich bass drum sounds. Pre-muffled batter and resonance heads on the bass drum provide all-around powerful sounds and dynamic kicks.
